Currently, several universities are offering virtual tours and in-person walking tours.  The walking tours are very limited in number and size; advance scheduling is recommended.   Here are links that will direct you to each school’s visitor page.  From there, you can sign up for a general campus tour or a special interest tour or event for specific colleges or majors, if available.
